On Health Care Reform...

Got this in a "friend spam" email chain letter today. Normally I delete these without reading, but this one I opened, and it makes some good points.

Let me get this straight. We're going to be "gifted" with a health care plan we are forced to purchase and fined if we don't,

written by a committee whose chairman says he doesn't understand it, passed by a Congress that hasn't read it but exempts themselves from it,

to be signed by a president who also smokes,

with funding administered by a treasury chief who didn't pay his taxes, to be overseen by a surgeon general who is obese,

and financed by a country that's broke.

What the hell could possibly go wrong?

Health Care

I glean out a few things watching Health Care.

1. There really is a divide in this country, and interestingly, it lies a lot along the lines of the civil war. We have the yankee north vs. the conservative south. The more things change, the more they stay the same.
2. Both sides of the debate were coached on certain talking points. Conservatives hit on fiscal responsibility and libertarian ideas. Liberals, almost to the one, talked about civil rights, discrimination, and individual emotional sob stories.
3. Don't give statist and opening. There are legitimate problems with our health care system. Conservatives were content to let things sit because they are rich and unaffected, are in the pocket of lobbyist, and believe the free market system can do no wrong. Their inaction to tangle a group of real problems allowed the fascist crazy left wing socialist to appeal to emotionalism and launch their solution that is more about societal transformation than helping people who most democratic leaders wouldn't break bread with.

Well, the vote is a few minutes away. If the bill passes America will fragment along ideological lines even further. Problems with stability and our bond ratings also will come into play.

The New World Order has arrived

Obama came to office with an Agenda. That agenda is too unpalatable to be accepted by the American people all at once, so it was decided to break up the agenda into little packets that are more easily digestible, and have those packets be passed independently of each other but in the end they will knit together to create the whole.

Take health care. Remember the first Obama bailout? The little 600 billion slipped in to "upgrade" for Health care data systems? Remember? This was phase one of the health care plan, or packet one.

Then later came packet 2, the Health Care bill, we are all aware of that.

Now we come to another nugget of the Obama agenda. Putting the U.S. under a supranational international court system that ignores American Constitutional rights. Here is phase 1.


The New World Order has arrived

Not a blurb about it on CNN, MSNBC, CSPAN, etc...

Expect Phase 2 to come.

I love my country, and I am loyal to the Constitution. I have no allegiance to U.N. or any world bodies unless I give it, it can't be given for me by my government. And my government serves me and the people of the United States, not the world, and not the U.N. If this has changed I didn't get the memo, and I would like it, because we need to renegotiate.

What is all this monitoring of US Citizen's about? Are we the "threat"? Or is it for our own good? To protect us? Is allowing government the capacity to monitor every activity we make, and then use AI to sift those activities for dangerous patterns a good thing? What if the government down the road gets a little too power hungry and turns those pattern matches against those who question the government's motives?

Troubling. Add into that Obama's not so subtle threat about what you put on Facebook "being there forever".

I don't like this at all. Apparently Obama is going to work hand in hand with left wing teachers in an appeal to get your kids on the left's side. This was leaked, something about a speach on 9/8.

Swine Flu and Population Reduction

That's it, be a good slave. Take your swine flu vaccine. Yes it is loaded with all sorts of things that will dramatically reduce your life span. Don't worry about that, the SWINE FLU after all has about a one in a 20,000 chance of killing you! You need this vaccine!

Amorphous Definitions, "Your" Saftey, and Freedom

The below blog article covers a new bill that "keeps 3xpl0zes and dangerous fir3@rms out of the hands of t3rr0rizt." Sounds good right? On the surface I don't think anyone is really against the concept. Unfortunately, at least to my knowledge, most t3rr0rizt don't apply for licenses for the we@apons and 3xpl0zives they use.

Except one could argue, that this bill isn't about what it is advertised. The Bill eseentially gives one government agency the ability to put anyone on a list for "n@tion@l security" reasons and deny them access to any fir3@rms.

Note currently that the governments definition of a "t3rr0rizt" is in flux. This vague definition could ebb and flow with the political tide. Also, the federal government doesn't have the right to infringe on citizens' rights to bear @rms without them being convicted of a crime.

My view is, if a person warrants being on a t3rr0rist list, why not arrest them, charge them, and deport/imprison/execute them? Most t3rr0rizt don't ask for licenses anyway for the b0m bs and guuns that they use, so this bill essentially isn't targeting them. Is it targeting us (Joe conservative citizen)?

Don't support this Bill, and don't let the Federal government expand it's don't fly list into a list of O's and the dems potential political foes. This is just one facet of other bills to come, saying if you are on the list you won't be able to fly, get a loan, ride a bus, have a bank account, etc... You will one day, if this trend isn't stopped, be required to get an ID chip so you can be tracked and ID'ed "for your saftey." If you don't, you are out of the system. If you do take the chip, you will be required to obey, and if you don't, your name will go on the list too, and your accounts, loans, clearences, etc...will all be locked out from you. Watch it happen.
