I like the 30mm autocannon some of the lighter AFV's are sporting. I think China has some very effective armored fighting vehicles, but I think the Abrams Main Battle Tank will still smoke anything they can throw at us. Heaven help our lighter units go against Chinese AFV's though. They actually put guns as well as computers on their light vehicles.

And again, we have had all the 90ies Clintonistas (many of whom hung on during the W administration), that have been advocating a more "littoral" navy (which was just really an excuse for advocating a less capable cheaper navy). This has left the US Navy deep water fleet vulnerable as their attention over the last 20 years has been smaller cheaper instead of beafing up "cold war weapons" (lib speak for dominance weapons)
